IPM’s RFID services include initial installation, training, support, and back office hosting. We provide initial data transfer from legacy systems to expedite installation and support initial tagging. During installation, client staff is trained so that ongoing maintenance of the client environment can be managed. Full tech support ensures that the transition goes smoothly and issues are addressed quickly. In addition to field services, we provide back office hosting to close the loop on the end to end solution.
