Doing
Business With IPM
New
clients quickly find that working with IPM is an easy, helpful
and solutions-oriented process. Although we work with clients
throughout the world, IPM remains a privately-held business
based in Houston and Dallas, and that shows in our hands-on
approach to learning and addressing your unique challenges
– with you staying involved as much as you want along
the way.
Our
high levels of service and attention to detail begins long
before you even become a client of the firm. Prospective clients
receive:
•
A complimentary analysis of their current asset or inventory
management system and overall process flow. This allows us
to pinpoint inefficiencies that we feel can be improved upon.
Our policy is that the best solutions start by asking the
right questions and then listening attentively.
• A full business presentation detailing our recommendations
and the expected return on investment (ROI) for the project.
• In some cases, a complimentary on-site assessment
and facility audit. This would be offered prior to the company
contracting the firm, and allows us to better hone our analysis,
recommendations and cost proposal.
• A non-disclosure agreement whenever necessary
By the time you
agree to become a client of IPM, you will clearly understand
the core problem, the solution, the estimated time to complete,
and the projected ROI once our work is completed.
